The cheese grater offers safe, stable, 360-degree grating, and multifunctional capabilities to handle a variety of ingredients, including hard, semi-hard, and soft cheeses, as well as vegetables, nuts, chocolate, and more. It is not suitable for processing meat and chicken.
The cheese may become lodged due to its soft texture, so we recommend refrigerating it for 30 minutes to an hour before use. We also offer a new 5-blade cheese grater with a specialized crushing blade and an extra-fine shredding blade.
For maintenance, we recommend washing the stainless steel blades in the dishwasher's top rack, the clear barrel by hand, and the handle and base only need a damp cloth wipe. Replacement parts, such as the transparent barrel and handle, are available.
